Susan Lenkaitis
Senior Branding & Communications Consultant
Susan Lenkaitis has honed her branding, employee communications, and project management skills through 15 years in print journalism, public relations, branding and change communications. Instilled with a deep love of the written word, Susan delivers client communications with distinction and flair. She prides herself on fostering inclusive, collaborative environments for her clients. Susan is best known for her subtle counsel, thorough analysis and exemplary execution along with her creative content development and impeccable project management and delivery.
Since 2013, Susan has brought her unique talents to MAC4 clients by contributing to clients’ global branding strategies and initiatives, including implementation of brand architecture and governance projects, brand asset development and internal and external brand training development in addition to planning and rollout of corporate communications and change management campaigns.
Susan has held various positions in communications and marketing at various companies including: NovaCare Outpatient Rehabilitation, The Franklin Mint and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Susan is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a bachelor’s degree in English/journalism. She is a vestry member of her church, volunteer for multiple ministries, an avid reader and loves to hike with her dog. She resides in West Chester, PA, with her husband and four children.
