Diane Karsch
Senior Writer and Editor
Diane Karsch, a corporate communications expert with more than 25 years of experience, began supporting the MAC4 team in 2020. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies for much of her career – including IBM, where she managed sales force and acquisition integration communications – as well as professional services, financial services and technology firms. Diane is passionate about and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
A gifted writer, diligent researcher and skilled editor, Diane has created insightful communications – from intranet articles to podcasts – that have helped employees across the globe successfully navigate their work environments. She also has a background in public relations, where her activities included writing press releases, bylined articles and white papers. Diane is a fast and avid learner who excels at delving into complex material and creating compelling content.
She earned a B.A. in journalism from New York University and an MBA from Baruch College-Zicklin School of Business. Diane lives with her husband in suburban Westchester County, New York. She enjoys reading, film, music, theater and visiting her grown sons in Chicago and Cupertino, California.
